The founding members of Pathfinder Companies – Jack Helms, Mike McFadden and Bill Sharpe – were all partners of the investment banking firm Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market following a sale of the firm in 2007) and built their firm on advising private business owners across the full spectrum of corporate development strategies.
